Refund policy

This policy covers payments to TRADE BIZ SOLUTIONS FZC for BB – Beyond Books in the UAE. In most cases we give a credit to your BB subscription; where a cash refund applies, it is shown below.

| E-invoice pack | Cancel before the pack starts (connected, or 7 days after we registered you with the ASP): the full amount is credited to your BB subscription | No refund. Unused e-invoices do not carry over. |

E-invoicing onboarding fee: refunded in full if you cancel before we register your business with the ASP. Once we have registered you, the fee is not refunded. The 100 free e-invoices that come with it have no cash value.
When we are at fault
- Billing mistakes: if we charge you wrongly, we refund or credit the difference in full.
- Long service outage: if BB is unavailable through our fault for more than 3 days in a row, we credit those days to your subscription.
- We end the service (not for non-payment or misuse): we refund any prepaid period you have not used.
How to ask and how you get paid
- Ask from Help & Support inside BB, or email support@thebeyondbooks.com, with your company name and bill number.
- We answer within 5 working days.
- Credits are added to your next bill.
- Cash refunds go back the way you paid: to the same card, or to the same bank account for bank transfers, within 10 working days after we approve them. Your bank may take longer to show it.
- If you joined through a reseller, refunds are still made by us to you.
UAE consumer rules that cannot be excluded still apply.
